Project Management
The project management services provide the customer with a technical resource with a high level of experience, that is able to monitor the implementation of any ANO software project, and ensures the compliance with the goals set and the appropriate and timely resource management. This profile is typically responsible for the following tasks:
- Developing the Project Plan and its amendments
- Verifying the existence of the required technical and human resources
- Identifying risks and opportunities
- Accepting the conclusion of each phase
- Authorizing changes to the scope of the project
- Ensuring overall control of the project, according to its purpose
- Meeting with the people designated by the Customer
- Ensuring the adequacy of the resources and the skills at each stage of the project
- Monitoring the quality of the project
- Ensuring the compliance with the set times
- Ensuring the proper use of tools of software development support (if applicable)
- Accepting the conclusion of the project
These tasks might be altered or added to others, according to what’s more fitting to the project in question.
