The unit Minutes Management System manages the business resultant of the minutes and meetings management. Part of this unit are many products (evoting, digital signature, voice recognition system) that are grouped in a software system called SGA.

The SGA allows users to manage the complete lifecycle of any type of meeting, from the preparation stage to the publication of the minutes.
