Software Licence Agreement

A software license is a legal instrument governing the use or redistribution of software. 

A typical software license grants, an end-user, permission to use one or more copies of software, granting rights and imposing restrictions on the use of the product, and allocating liability and responsibility between the parties entering into the agreement.

In short, the software license agreement model grants the customer the right to use the application in accordance with the permit conditions.
